We must remember Marx’s dictum that revolutionary theory becomes a material force when it is embraced by the masses. And it will be so embraced (a) when it is shared with them and explained to them in a way accessible to them; (b) when the objective conditions promote such acceptance; and (c) when the correct presentation of theory is joined with correct political tactics, correct revolutionary practice, which raises the prestige of revolutionary theory, which brings credibility to the theory and to the leaders and party that promotes that theory.
